Cancellations

We understand life is busy and due to unforeseen circumstances you may not be able to make it to your appointment. If you can’t make your booking and need to reschedule or cancel, we would appreciate the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice. If you give us less than 24 hours notice or don’t show up at all, please expect that we will require a non-refundable pre-payment before we will book you in again.

Reminder Service

We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent to you 2 days prior to your appointment. ‘No shows’ will be required to pay deposits for all future appointments.

Your Appointment

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

Treatment Concerns

 At Lash’d, we  take pride in what we do. If for any reason you have any issues within 3 days of your treatment, please contact us and we will address any concern, free of charge.

 Gift Vouchers

 Gift vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed if voucher is lost, stolen or altered in any way.

50% of value will be deducted for cancellations without 24 hours notice

Important Information Regarding Lash Extensions

 

Lash extensions are not recommended for people with the following conditions;

Skin Condition around eye area (Eczema, Dermatitis, Psoriasis)

Any eye surgery (approximately 6 months)

Conjunctivitis

A recent eye infection

Cataracts

Diabetic Retinopathy

Alopecia

Trichotillomania

Hordeolum/ Styes

Blepharitis

Corneal Disease

Glaucoma

The individual responses to products/ingredients of semi-permanent eyelash extensions used may differ from person to person. Adhesive tapes, glue and under-eye gel pads used during the application may cause an allergic reaction in some clients. If you experience any discomfort during your treatment, advise your technician immediately.

Although all treatment products and instruments are handled with greatest care and diligence and every effort is made to provide a hygienic service, it is still possible that some clients may experience eye irritation and this may lead to infection. If after the appointment you feel any burning, itching or discomfort to eyes or eyelids, or observe any swelling of the eyelids, please contact me immediately. It is your responsibility to seek medical help at your own expense.

You will be given aftercare instructions at the end your treatment.  Please follow these instructions for the best results.
